It’s so hot outside, and nothing beats the heat better than watermelons! Watermelon is the perfect summer fruit, it’s full of vitamins, antioxidants and loaded with water.
So here is my version of a healthy and refreshing watermelon cooler to keep you hydrated this summer.
4 cups watermelon chunks
1 medium lime, freshly squeezed
1.5 cups of chilled water
Some mint leaves
- In a blender, puree the watermelon along with lime juice. Strain if you see any seeds.
- Add in the mint leaves.
